DRIVERS LICENSE APPLICATION PROCESS

Prerequisite

Applicant must have previously obtained a Learners Permit from a MLA and have completed Driving Lessons from an accredited Driving School.

  • STEP 1
    1. Applicant obtains Driver’s License Application form from the MLA and fills the necessary information.
  • STEP 2
    1. Applicant submits the application form to the Testing Officer (VIO) for approval.
    2. Applicant pays for a Driving Test.
    3. VIO books Driving Test via ENDVIS and conducts Driving Test.
    4. VIO endorses successful applicants’ forms.
  • STEP 3
    1. Applicant pays the Driver’s License fee to the designated account and attach the payment receipt to the endorsed form.
    2. MLA Officer to confirm the Applicants payment or receipt.
    3. ENDVIS captures the Driver’s License Application and prints out the DL document.
  • STEP 4
    1. MLA Officer forwards Applicant’s request and ENDVIS Documents to FRSC for Capturing.
